1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Prices may very on weight/location.

• Standard (3–5 business days): $4.99

• Expedited (1–2 business days): $9.99

• Free Shipping: On all orders over $100 (US only) (standard shipping)

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
