If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on eligible items, provided they meet the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• All approved returns are issued as store credit to your account

   

• Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase

• Original payment methods are not refunded

Due to hygiene and personal-wear considerations, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to replace it or issue a refund after review.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways (including complimentary items) are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at ptsaro18@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
